General Practice
Your journey through our general practice is something that is unique to you.
Your Journey starts with your first visit to the clinic, where you will be asked to fill out a brief history form at the reception. Once your details are entered, you will be asked by the nurse to have your observations taken, and then the doctor will collect further history from you in the consult room (family history, past history, allergies, etc.). The doctor can access and help with any urgent problems you present with, but may ask you to request your records from your previous doctor so they can get a better understanding of what has been happening. In your second visit with the doctor, he/she will go through all the correspondence received from your previous doctor and discuss any concerning issues with you. Your third and fourth visit will be about following up on your past and present problems and working towards a long-term management solution. By your fifth visit, you will be considered a regular patient and your doctor will treat you as such. Our general practice offers
